1. Scope of this statement

This policy applies to the Snaptu introductory website and related enquiries. Snaptu is currently developing its proposed participation platform. This website does not currently offer household accounts, child profiles, club administration or payment processing. Separate, more detailed privacy terms will be published before those services are introduced.

2. Information we may receive

If you contact us by email or telephone, we may receive your name, organisation, contact details and the information you choose to share. Our website hosting provider may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or information about children through a general website enquiry.

3. How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss potential participation or commercial relationships, maintain correspondence and administer the website. We do not sell information submitted through website enquiries.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers supporting our email, website hosting and related business systems, including providers located outside Australia. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law. We do not share enquiry details with unrelated parties for their independent marketing.

5. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant business purpose or to meet legal obligations.

6. Cookies and website technology

This introductory site does not currently operate its own visitor accounts or advertising tracking. The hosting provider may use essential technologies to deliver, secure and maintain the website. If we introduce analytics, forms or additional tracking, we will review this statement and provide any notices or choices required.

7. Access, correction and concerns

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or raise a privacy concern. We will review and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

8. Updates

Our privacy practices will evolve as Snaptu moves from concept development into operation. We will update this page when our information handling changes materially, with the revised date shown above.
