Too many moving parts.
Different apps, registrations, calendars and messages for the same family.
Families play across courses, courts and clubs, while organisations work across separate systems. Snaptu is building a connected layer to simplify coordination and unlock more value from the participation already happening.
Families move between sports, venues, coaches and activities every week. Yet the systems they use rarely move with them.
Clubs manage the pressure. Volunteers bridge the gaps. The household is left to connect the dots.
Snaptu begins with a simple idea: participation belongs to the household, not to a single system.
Different apps, registrations, calendars and messages for the same family.
Volunteers and staff juggling spreadsheets, group chats and separate payment tools, with events and sponsorship often run by hand.
Bookings and activities are seen in isolation, without a clearer picture of the participation behind them.
Sport is organised by clubs. Life is organised across them.
Snaptu is designed to sit above individual sports and systems, linking the relationships and activities that already exist into one connected experience.
Explore Club-in-a-BoxA proposed operating layer for golf venues, racquet centres and community clubs—designed to bring communication, scheduling, payments, events and sponsorship together while complementing existing systems.
Bring messages, schedules and payments closer together instead of managing them separately.
Reduce the burden on staff and volunteers by coordinating more routine activity in one place.
Connect events, bookings and sponsorship opportunities to the activity venues already host.
Build visibility across participation over time to inform better decisions for clubs and coaches.
Existing registration and competition platforms serve an important purpose. Snaptu is being designed to connect the wider participation experience around them, with a practical commercial layer for clubs, coaches and venues.

CONCEPT DESIGNDifferent sports have different operating needs. Snaptu's initial proposed pathways focus on helping active venues and clubs simplify operations and grow participation.
These are proposed platform pathways and will be introduced in stages as Snaptu is developed and validated.
We're seeking expressions of interest from golf venues, racquet operators and community clubs to help shape and validate Snaptu's initial rollout. The aim is to work with a focused group of active operators and prove the practical and commercial value before wider scale.
Particularly suited to venues and clubs with regular weekly participation and engaged operators.
